Kim Myers Robertson's inquisitive eye, cinematic approach and discerning point-of-view have drawn the attention of some of the best known American and Global Brands in the world, including Vogue, Marie Claire, Moet, Covergirl, Glamour, The Gap and Clinique.
Kim's romance with directing and fashion began at an early age as she wrote and acted in plays. In doing so she created entire make believe worlds. Her childhood was spent immersed in the expansive, All American optimism of the midwest as well as in Amsterdam. Being exposed to these divergent cultures provided the grounding for hte refined authenticity and literate storytelling that is present in all of her work. Kim also brings her extraordinary warmth and kindness to all that she does.
Kim has always followed beauty and fashion. When she was told she would have to attend Michigan State, at seventeen years old, she dropped everything and bravely moved to Paris on her own to study at the Paris Fashion Institute. She then shifted to New York City, where she interned for Scavullo and studied at FIT, Parsons and SVA. Living in New York City helped Kim to discover her own ongoing love for eyeliner, leopard and beautiful strong women, influences that still endure in the images she continues to create to the day.
Kim currently lives in New York with her husband and kids.
